I need a friendly plumber
I posted this on the woodturning forum in the "show us ya shed" thread
It seems that there's no such thing as an easy shed build . I had everything finished except for the plumber. After looking in the local paper I found a plumber that was prepared to do a small job. We came to an agreement that I would the hard yakka and he would do the final inspection give me a certificate and I'd cough up some cash. So I do all the work and call him out last Wednesday, he gives it the OK and says he'll be back Monday with the certificate. So I spend Thursday filling in the hole and mixing 8 bags of ready mix to repair the concrete thinking everything's done and all I need to do is call the inspector on Monday when the plumber drops off the certificate. WRONG, I get home from work today and there's a message from the plumber that he's "too busy" to do the certificate and I'll have to get someone else, where the hell am I going to get a plumber that will OK a connection buried under 75mm of concrete.
I desperately need a plumber in the Frankston area of Melbourne to help me out with a certificate so I can get the the inspector out to finalise the permits for my shed.
