I haven't been ignoring this thread, just trying to find time to watch the videos properly. Love the shot of the wind break/access ramp at the start of the first clip

I've finally found time to watch the series. Thanks for sharing it
Fascinating stuff.
I was interested to watch them swimming that cow to shore. My father used to use flat bottomed skiffs to swim cattle across creeks and rivers near Renmark. However, they prefered doubled ended boats for the job because cattle would try to climb over a square transom where they weren't able to over a pointed stern
