    Default hartley Info

    Hi I am looking at buying a hartley 16ft I think it is a flareline. Can someone please let us know what they think abut these boats ie how sea worthy they are etc? thanks

    G'day... there a great boat mate, but new flareline was 19foot and inboard, new vivid is closer to the 16foot mark, they are as seaworthy as anything else and moreso than a lot of others

    Thanks for that. Went and looked at it for first time other than photos and can say it is a ripper has been recently been professionally re-glassed and in top nick the motor is a bit of an antique but cant complain as ended up buying for $400. Will post pics next week once I get a chance to pick it up.

    It looks very solid and sea worthy and would be perfect for diving and fish killing. Is set up as a center console at the moment not sure if I will leave it like that or build a cuddy Cabin on so SWMBO can have a dunny tucked around the corner (she is not too keen on hanging her backside over the side for some reason).
