historic sydney 6ft skiffs
does anyone know where I can get plans to build one of these?? I have only seen two views from Bruce Stannards book and would like to see more. There must be someone around who has plans. regards Ray

16 footer? St George Sailing Club could be a source as they had a very strong fleet. They were not light boats especially when using cotton sails.

Might take some research, Maybe Sydney Heritage Fleet, or ANMM, also Ian Smith has built a historic 18 and an 10 footer I think, might have some clues. The heritage fleet had a 10 footer in storage. The plans may not exist, possibly a set of molds & experience were the key, unless some one had the foresight to do lines or whatever. Regards from Jeff.
ps: maybe try the historic 18s racers as they have interest in the period.
