There's a couple of different epoxies and some may argue that one is beter than another however in my experience they all work well. You can get Epiglue which is a heavybodied 2:1 glue mix but this is an expensive option if you have a large expanse of deck to do. Otherwise there's products by West Systems ,FGI and International to name a few. These are resin systems usually 4:1 or 5:1. They generally come with slow, standard or fast hardeners. You mix them up then add a glue powder (or you can add a filler agent like Q-cells or Microbaloons if filling & fairing). The glue powder is added to give it a thicker consistency, you add it to your taste, well needs, eg. more for vertical or overhead applications. If you are laying a thin strip deck over ply or another substrate you may be better off using the sika system. This is a polurethane which is a more elastic and resilient than an epoxy and is definitely the way to go if the decking is non structural.
