need forum help please

Seem to have problems wit navigating mostly i get this message
I have made a couple of posts but I am old and must be missing something any suggestions appreciated

As you’re a new member, privileges are earned, just keep posting away and I’ll approve your new posts and eventually you’ll have less restrictions etc
