Any mod can mod any post in any forum that Neil gives them access too, so if a mod is assigned to 1 forum, they have access to that forum.

Super mods have access to all the forums.

Admins have full access to all the forums.

Neil has the key to the forums, so he can lock and unlock as he sees fit.

The permissions are set by Neil as to who has access to what part of the forums.
