    Default Mailbox Nearly Full.

    My mailbox is nearly full, and I am in danger of missing new PMs due to lack of space. I have the note informing me of this and requesting that I move or delete old mail, but I can't find any reference to moving mail or archiving it. I would prefer not to just delete it as some day in the future I might wish I still had it to refer to, so for me moving or archiving it is the preferred course of action, the trouble is " How do I do it?" I am assuming that I can do it within the forum, and not having to copy the mail into an external document on my hard drive for example. Can anyone steer me in the correct direction please.

    You can mark PMs, then at the bottom of the PM screen you select to download them to your hard drive, in 3 different formats, I normally use Text.

    After you have downloaded them you can then delete them.

    You can do this for both your Inbox and your Sent messages
    If you have any problems, please ask.
