    Default Profile Pictures

I was just admiring the classic beauty of Al's self portrait in the Profile Pictures column of the Members List and it occurred to me that far too few of our august brethren have taken the time to post a profile picture.

Furthermore, most have taken the view that they should put up some spoof picture that is entirely unrepresentative of their true image. (I'm thinking in particular here of Wongo The Basketball Dreamer, Iain and Auld Bassoon the Gents Toilet fanatics and, of course Wild Dingo - who has found a particularly scary monster shot to post in the Profile Pictures section. (Where the hell did you find it, Shane? It's terrifying! ).

C'mon girls and boys, a more enthusiastic effort is required. Post Your Profile Pictures! That is this week's mission.

A fine effort, Young Jules, and a courageous one, especially given the known and well-established and attested views on the subject of our feline friends espoused by the majority of your fellow forumites.

My advice is, watch your back and, if you hear anything that sounds like a breech being loaded or a hammer cocked, duck!

    Oh and incidentally:

Perhaps I should write in Yellow and Black, especially after last weekend, eh Jules

My wife tipped all 8, so a nice $200 our way which went into purchasing a new HDD/DVD recorder.

I wouldn't be at all surprised! Running around with two six-guns and a ten gallon hat is likely to attract the sort of attention in shopping centres that you wouldn't get back in Yosemite.

Now I have put mine up and you can all suffer for making me do it.

It seems that you've managed to find a shot of some unfortunate punter who has had electrodes attached to sensitive parts of his anatomy and is grimacing whilst under duress. This is very insensitive of you - if not actually politically incorrect.

Perfect examle of good and bad. The good is, at least you know a decent team and the bad, the $200:confused: you know what that should have been a deposit for

All in the name of science Col.

Actually, I should get a better one, but me and cameras don't get along well.
