    Default No subscription notification

I have subsription notification turned on on most of the threads I reply to and as such get email notification when somenoe has posted a reply. However, since yesterday no notifications of posts have been emailed even though there have been replies to several threads I'm subscribed to. Is anyone else not getting notifications emailed to them?

Same here. Last notification was Sunday evening. Thought the none yesterday just meant I was online too much.

Where it the forum content physically hosted? Time is still set to GMT +11. Looks like a manual DST fix.

    Default Unable to email yesterday

Yesterday I was unable to email a thread to my son - have not tried today.
Solved the problem another way as it was about a youtube video.

No problems sending or receiving emails, just not getting the thread notifications.

    Good one . No worries.
Thanks for letting us know what's going on. I thought it might have been a problem at this end.

    Default The Emails.

    Hi All,
I have just started to get them, & I sure a h%## don't really want them.
In fact I had just notified about how do I get rid of them?
I really don't see the sense in them, as they just fill up my Email Section.
If you all want them, pray tell why?.
    Regards,
    issatree.

I like to be notified when someone posts in a thread that I'm watching and especially for threads that I started myself. Gives me a heads-up without having to regularly manually check them all. Sometimes I forget that I was following a thread, too, but the notifications remind me.

(They can be turned off or filtered in the User CP, under 'Settings and Options', from memory.)

I'm still not getting any at all.....

, I'm still not getting notifications.
Is the mail server still down, or do I have another problem?
I keep missing posts in threads I'm interested in.
