    Default Workshops

Since the garden shed category has moved with home renovations, do we need a category for workshops (ie construction, layouts etc) now in this forum.

Just a thought. Please ignore me if there is one already and I've missed it, still getting my head around the new layout.

It's interesting Neil, I've been meaning to ad a bit to my original "playroom" thread, so hunted it up inpired by this post.

It can be found in "hand tools - powered", which may of course have been where I left it, but probably not as that wasn't actually a forum at the time!

I guess there'd be a bit of that as the move has been a ginormous undertaking, but I reckon you are right, there's room for a workshop thread!

    Cheers,

    P

Under Tools and Machinery main tag would suit, perhaps under a major group call workshops, with sub forums construction, Layouts, work benches, dust collection?

While I'm on a roll, shouldn't the Festool, Triton, Routing and CNC forums be under Tools & Machinery?

Very good idea, wonder how hard it would be to set it up like Lumberjocks workshops display.
