My 1st project
Its a xmas presant for my parents, it was made to match a cabinet they had custom made 5yrs ago.
Its only made from R/pine and not stained/painted yet.
This is my very 1st project that I have made, I have made a lots of speaker boxes before and a few picture frames, this is the 1st real wood work I've done so far... the whole lot is biscut joined and the drawer inners are only MDF. The upper and lower mouldings are my own creations made on my bushpig router table!

Great job Harry, you're gonna make your parents happy giving them something that you've personally produced and had the forethought to match their existing furniture.
Hope you have a great time presenting it to them.

Great work. The pine has come up a treat. Look forward to a photo after the finish is applied. BTW, are they prison bars in the background?

Good on ya Harry, test the finish on some scrap first.
Like says, you got a VERY good match, even the grain on the drawers
Hey Major, it his first project in "REAL" timber, he has been practicing on MDF making speakers.
Harry, I also have made some speakers out of MDF, I have made a couple of muso instrument speakers, are they heavy!!!! I put wheels on them.Cliff.
If you find a post of mine that is missing a pic that you'd like to see, let me know & I'll see if I can find a copy.
