    Default Bassinet

7 months ago my wife fell pregnant and I thought - hey this handy man (self proclaimed - whose day job is a doctor) can whip up a cradle to save some money. Woodworking shouldn't be that hard...surely.
7 months and >$5000 later (including at Festool domino machine) + a renewed respect for the woodworking community

Nice result, and you have equipment that, if you look after it, will last until your retirement.

When I was running woodworking classes, the most common single profession was medicine, followed closely by law. The best carver I know is a retired orthopaedic surgeon. Not surprising, I suppose.
