My dusty
G'day every one.
Just thought I would show you my dusty. I had brought a GMC 1hp one a bit back and after searching the forum I came up with my design. I was still geting fine dust in the bag at first, so I took it of and added an airfilter, off I dont know what, Dad got it for me. Works for Atlas copco with compresers, I would asume its of the petrol powered ones. Any way I would say that a truck filter would work as well. Or any airfilter of its size. The only thing left to do is to put a dust bag over the filter, only to prolong the life of it. You can get the stuff from Clark Rubber for about $3 a meter.
My uncle has a great dusty. Used 2 vacume cleaner motors and a big piece of industrial ducting, a filter like I have, and she will suck a 2" bolt of the table 100mm from the nosle. Thats one powerfull extractor.
Any way enjoy the pic's.
