    Default Candle boat

This is a candle holder that was in one of the more recent woodsmith magazines ( I think)

Anyways, it is Silky Oak, one the hardest and redest pieces that I have ever seen. It came from the dump all covered in paint and filled with nails. I feel that the holes and imperfections on this piece add to the charm.

The photo's don't do it justice and after taking around 50 shots, these are the best three.

    All comments are welcome

    Thanks for looking
