Chopping Boards
I made these two chopping boards at school. One is for me and one is for mum for cooking.

Nice detail mate...you could rub in some veg or olive oil to "season" them

I've been told not to use olive oil as it can go rancid and make the boards smell. I use one of the citrus/walnut oil mixtures (Ecowoodoil or something like that??), and it brings the wood up nicely and has a pleasant smell.

Never give up.

I made some bread boards a while ago and was told to use boiled linseed oil, i did and never had a problem with them at all, only ever applied it once and worked a treat.

Nice work fella, do you remember what type of wood you used?
Also did you just glue the pieces together?
Cheers, Chris.
