Default Coffee Table and Lamp Stand Both recycled

These two Items were a project of pure out of the mind avago efforts. The Lamp table was from scrap and thrown away pine from the side of the road, a little thing my wife asked for and is really my first request for a bit of usable furniture. I'm pleased with the finished product. The coffee table was the result of road side pickup, it was one of those that had a red stain and varnish finish and looked realy tacky. It still may look tacky but I was after a pine pallet recycled look finish which I think I achieved. Any way criticisms and comments gratefully accepted.

    Thumbs up

Two really good pieces there Peter!!

The recycled piece has some really good looking grain. Certainly worth the save and the tlc.

Like the design and solidness of the lamp stand.

I like the look of the lamp stand. Odd bit of looking timber incorporated with the lamp stand. Well thought out.
