I wish I had one of those wood fires in my shop - but there's not enough space to house one without it being a major fire hazard

    Default wood dryer

Cliff might need a fire like that to dry his timber.

Couldn't you get the heater any closer to the lathe?

Too bad for your cold and rainy, we are just getting rid of that weather season. Spring slamdunked into Summer and we are having a wonderful time. All the winter projects didn't get done and most didn't get started. Where did the time go? Yard work and additional projects abound. Worked today launching the boat to see if it is ready for a fishing trip next weekend, Made rod holders for the back of my son's truck (he got a cap for his truck over the winter and wants one like mine) 3/4" pine board curved to conform to the arch of the roof of the cap, with holes bored to hang fishing rods from.

I keep half of mine in the truck and some in the garage, that way SWMBO doesn't know how many I have.
