LN magnificent table and chess pieces
I reckon the black flocking would look terrible on the darker chess pieces not that we have seen them yet.
Maybe a Royal Red or BRG

Do you remember I entered my Chess Table in a design and build
competition. Well it won not only first place but also second place in the advanced category
don't ask who came third it's rather embarrassing
