    Default some drawers WIP

Here's some photos (taken with phone camera) of drawers in the raw for a cabinet that I'm working on. There are 3 different types of wood in these (excl plywood), a greenie to one who guess them all
    Cheers

Hey I like that. Can you give us a better picture of the handlers (both from outside and inside the drawer). It looks nice.

Correct - from some spotted gum decking. Silky and hoop also correct, there's one more!
I'll try and get a better photo of the handles

    Hey where is my greenie?

OK the drawer front isn’t so clear. Let’s have another go. Blue gum?

Now Michael using silky oak for drawers is wrong. It is not the best way to use this beautiful timber. You get that?

    Hi mic-d,
Looking good, but I'm a tad unsure of the handles...are they pireced right through the drawer front and held in place with pins from the inside? If so, that's pretty slick work!

    Cheers,
    Andy Mac

    Cheers,
Yep, the handles fit through a routed slot in the bluegum front and are held in place with 2 pins inside. I'll try and get some better shots soon.

    Cheers

Here are some updated photos showing handles on the drawers of the cabinet I'm just finishing up. Hope they are better.

Like the drawers and handles mate - good work. Make sure you come back and post the finished article drawers in place - are you going to include the 'drawer handle pin' theme elsewhere on the piece?

    Cheers
