Default Fingers crossed that this bin produces

After some research around the internet I decided to try and grow potatoes in a wooden box. I'm hoping it works out. There seems to be mixed results.

I did see those in my research. Where I live we pay a recycling fee on new tires so the tire store takes the old tires and sends them to the recycler.

I have tried the raised timber bin container idea a few times for potatoes - with disappointing results. Maybe it was just me.
