So I've been told before. Pitty I'm about 2000 km to far north for that. I had ease of construction in mind.

I thought it was to keep away debt collectors with cane toads with 12mm nut on their legs (see other post re cane toads).

And a mezzanine floor as well . Good idea having the space created between the wall lining and the roof open at the ends -helps with cooling
