Solid looking table... would be a back breaker too move!

With the natural edges the feet look a little out of place?

Hi Dazza, on a recent visit to WA, I spent some time in the Jarrah furniture shops in the SW, and they used this black epoxy to fill the gaps in the slabs, and it looked quite neat.

Do you know what that was?
    regards,

    Hi Dazza,

What Jill said. I likes it. Well done. Thanks for the info on the filler, might be handy one day.

    Cheers

    Hi Daz-za

Just wondering how you have attached the panel legs to the table top? I'm looking to attach panel legs to a top and am seeking ideas in another thread.

Thanks!! If you don't mind detailing, did you secure the inside/middle dominos and have floating ones after that to allow for seasonal movement?

    Hi Just Guessing
the table legs have a support rail going right across table, the legs are attahed to rail and foot with screws, the dominos are used mainly for locating the peices before permantly joining

    Some updated pics
    one final sanding complete
other 3 coats 30% gloss lacquer finish (not my preferance)
will check finish tomorrow, may resand and recoat before final polish
