    I would have photoshopped it myself. But seeing I can't draw and I doubt I have the patience to do sawing like that.

    Yep... it's scrolled. Can't take credit tho.... got the pattern from a guy called sawdustmedic.

    I have only designed a couple of portraits myself, and yes... I used photoshop, found that the little free Irfanview does a great job with edge finding, sometimes better then photoshop!
    Also found that there are very few photos that lend themselves to be scrolled.... or maybe I'm just not good at making patterns.... but finding one that gives clear edges, doesn't have too much shadow ( those all become "black holes" lol) etc etc...

    Cutting is the easy part... designing takes ages.... cutting was done in 1 1/2 hours.

    You non-scroller out there ought to give it a shot !

    lol sheeeesh I'm not THAT blind..... of course I knew it's not a croc.....
    but like I said..... I didn't make the pattern and Irwin himself looks fine.. after all he liked ALL animals

    Don't think I'll scroll another one tho... took both with me today.... didn't generate much interest..... but did sell another Ned Yeahhhhh
