    Default Never Enough!!

I noticed Timbecon was having a sale on clamps so I though I'd get a couple first up to see if they were any good.

Well, they seem to be OK so.............

I made a quick rack to hold them at the temporary bench where they would be easily at hand.

    Thanks for that Major!

Just placed an order for a bunch of clamps...

As you, and everyone else says, one can never have too many clamps...

    Cheers!

Hey Major, the 6th one from the front end is slightly out of line. Could you straighten it up and take another shot please

You should store them like mine, much more logical

Gumby's got the right of it.

A "display rack" like that'd eat into my productivity... I'd spend more time standing in front of it trying to decide which clamp to use than I would working! All those toys to choose from!

My current system (much like Gumby's but without the dovetails ) is much better; I simply grab the first one that fits and can be removed from the pile easily. Well... as easily as any can be, that is.
I may be weird, but I'm saving up to become eccentric.

    Major,

You must be planning a serious bent lamination job to need all those clamps; have you been commissioned to build a new yacht for Greg Norman, or what?

Gadzooks, the parrot slept in this morning, so I forgot what day t'was.

The secret of why Cap'n Major is buying all they clamps was revealed in today's edition of The Jolly Roger; apparently fire-ants have migrated right up to the cap'n's bank fence, and the only way known to kill the varmints is to squeeze their naughty bits so hard that they yell "fire" and die.
