    Default Picture Frame

This is a frame that I made up for a map That I drew of a property that my Dad managed just before he retired about 25 years ago for a school project. It still exists in the same form today.

The map is a copy of the original as it is too fragile to handle

Anyway Silky oak frame mitred and glued with No. 0 biscuit to reinforce finished with 6 coats of danish oil and a polish.
    Non reflective glass

Great job Robert. I love the timber you've used there.

Thanks guys, the silky came from an old school door, I suspect that it would be 40/50 years old. I think that simple and silky go together.

Hit the nail on the head with that statement.

    Simple and Silky go together.
