Project 1 - Entry Way Table
G'day all,
Well here goes - this is my first project. We had a space in the entry way of the house and I wanted to have something that would neatly fit the area and would compliment some of the chinese/asian feel we have created in parts of the house to give some synergy. Anyway I made this table out of pine. The colour is English Mahogany and a few clear coats over the lot.
PS I also made the sword stand to matchCheers,
Darren (aka Felix)

The Swords are generally thought to be Japanese, however they have origins in China. I do chinese martial arts and these weapons are the real thing - not copies.Cheers,

Signed a petition last week pleading with the Govt to stop their bill to ban swords. They are on the verge of banning all swords. Great for martial arts. Not too got for the Scottish sword dance and heaven knows what the RSL and others are going to do.
Unbelievable.

I think you will be able to keep you single chop swords, its the multi chop swords there going to ban.
You will have to attend some training, so you know all the saftey aspects of sword handleing too......
Next on the list is, knives, toe nail clippers, realy pointy shoes and those realy nasty looks that people give you.........
Cheers, Al
