    Hi Ben....glad you like 'em...size wise they are all around 500mm wide,with good depth...(Blanks were 70mm thick)...

    Mapleman: those are nearly iridescent. Is Danish Oil anything like Tung Oil?
    50cm is a practical serving size. Anything smaller is really an exercise.
    I know what fits on my table for a dinner for 6. I can always take it off.
    Anyone should be proud to serve from your work.
    I have to add that I agree with your 7cm blanks. Go 10 or 12 x 50 for salads and watch the sales jump.
    I know, its a pile of wood.

    From the Danish oil that I have tried and looked at there is some Tung oil in the mix. Pure Tung oil is normally higher in price. Would expect Tung oil to be exactly that no additive or dryers.
