    Default Random "art" I made.

Got a bit bored and started cutting up some of the old records I have (garage sales). Mounted it to a board made of old fence pailings.

Interesting , I`ve heard a few records that I could`ve done that to .But I would probably give them to an op shop and let someone else do it .Having said that art is art and good on ya for aving a go

I see an ideal material for a glue-up = Black Swan.

I'm amazed at how few abstract art works get posted in any of these forum-type websites.
I'm pleaed that it didn't turn out to be a "something" with a label.
See? That's because it already had a label in the middle.

steamjunk is on a voyage of exploration and discovery.
The medium, I have never imagined to explore.

    Try this:
"We do not know where we are going.
Nor do most of us care.
For us, it is enough that we are on our way."

    Blast off, SteamJunk. Do it.

Thank you for posting. I do have questions,

How come you did not apply a finish to the wood?

Is this from just one record?

I did apply a coat of shellac after but I have not taken a photo since.

Yes, this is just one record

I couldn't make out the label, I assume the record was by T-Rex? (Boom Boom!)
