Default River Redgum Burl Coffee Table for my Darling

A few years ago out west I cut this burl slab and kept it for such a project.

I more recently cut some rivergum slabs and have used a small amount for this table.

The table top required some resin fix-up as most burls do.

For the joinery I used the Domino - 10mm dominos.

I finished all the timber with organoil burnishing oil

SWMBO is happy with it and I enjoyed the play time in the shed
    Cheers

Very nice TJ. what dimensions is the burl as I have an 800mm diameter Redgum burl that I am still deciding what to do with.

    Hi Pat,

This table is a small one to fit beside the leather lounge between the 3 seater and the single seater and is 600mm dia. I do have a couple of larger burl slabs to make a dining table and dresser later https://www.woodworkforums.com/attach...chmentid=23976

Your 800 dia should make a nice table.
    Cheers
