santas little helper
heres my christmas carving this year
inspired by the wrapping of presents
you always need that extra finger to tie the bow
radiata pine
ubeaut traditional wax
corian base wieght
tinsel from last years tree
bow from last years presents

Hehe nice carvings. Quite like the finger one, would be handy for traffic aswell
Where did you find the Corian, have been wanting to try some of that for scrolling. Scraps from kitchen makers maybe?Brett

i get corian,marblo,trezzini quite often from work
small offcuts anyway
i will try and grab some extras
sometimes i use the samples as bases for carving
i also use these samples as coasters
they are already cut and polished
you may pick up some samples from a kitchen supplier/manuf
and wongo
im still trying to work out how to charge timber batteries

Well done, very nice.
Reminds me of a mate who carved a large sculpture of a hand and put in the garden. His wife was always after a hand in the garden!- Wood Borer
