Its a start
I had a need for a spokeshave.
Didnt really have the $$ for a new one so I thiught I'd have a go at making one.
All my other planes are HNT so the spokeshave ought to be along those lines.
Its made from redgum.
Brass inserts.
This one is a trial.
Now i know had to go about it I will make a couple more from Blackwood.

... and a damned good start too!
Just an observation; if you had bought something less than HNT gear, you would most likely have sufficient remaining funds in your budget to buy a ship load of other tools..
I know you believe you understand what you think I wrote, but I'm not sure you realize that what you just read is not what I meant.
