Termite's Ticker.
Well it doesn't realy tick, it just sits there and sulks.
Made from American Walnut and finished with about 6 gazillion coats of White shellac rubbed back with 0000 steel wool and EEE, then polished with UBeaut Walnut wax.

Don't you love the polished wood/brass contrast? I always use exposed brass fastenings on everything, even if not required for fixing.Bodgy
