    Talking Today's Therapy Session

This afternoon was first opportunity for a while to spend a few hours in the "shed".
Hmmmm what to do - results below..
Stem vase turned from an offcut of "hardwood" from the reno site across the road. Dunno what it is, but turned OK.
The bowl is a fork in a branch (acacia) I rescued from a "free firewood" pile.
Before pic of the fork is shown below too.
Work has been pretty hectic lately - felt good to get into my own zone & let the shavings fly!

I havn't use the lathe much (just chisel handles and such). But it's impressive to see what a skilled operator can do with the tool. have a good one!

    My sentiments exactly.
    Nice work happy
If I do not clearly express what I mean, it is either for the reason that having no conversational powers, I cannot express what I mean, or that having no meaning, I do not mean what I fail to express. Which, to the best of my belief, is not the case.
