    Default Tool Cabinets........

We have recently moved house and I've just put up a medium size shed to serve as a workshop but SWMBO has told me I'm not allowed to take my tool cabinets to the workshop until I make tables & cabinets to replace the cabinets in the house!!! I really miss my drill/router bit cabinet next to the drill press

The cabinet is made of Black Wattle... left over from another job.
The door frames are Aust Rosewood and the bookmatched panels are Aust White Cedar which I found I had tucked away but had forgotten about

The finish is spar varnish, 7 coats and was hand rubbed.... every bloody coat!! In fact as I recall this was the piece that tipped me over the edge & I went got myself a spray outfit after that.
    Cheers

    Right, you are insane.

I looked at your Leigh Jig cabinet first, and it's a beautiful piece of work, and I love that little bit of birds eyed timber across the top(what is it BTW?), but I wasn't to supprised to find it was headed for the shed after I saw the bench you made for your FIL.

But this ones crazy, truly a supprise, I was sure you were joking when you said you missed your drill/router cabinet.

So now you'll have to post pictures of all your projects....please?

    Very impressed.

How long have you been a WW?

    Ben
