    Default Twenty years later.

I did this as a counter extension in a small apartment.
I did it in the living room with a bare minimum of tools,
the only power tool was a cordless drill.
There are no metal fasteners, only pegs. It is all made
from a couple of old pallets, I bought the little molding
and knobs, begged some stain from a local cabinet shop
and bought a can of the latest and greatest finish, water
    base poly,

The last ten years it has served laundry duty.

SWMBO and I both like this one. The story of how you made it goes to show you must be very talented in your work.

Has a real cottage look about it. Still looks good.

    It looks great.

Did SWMBO get upset with you when you were making it in the living room? Surely she must of complained about all the dust and wood chips?

K and I have been together nearly 13 years, The table has about
    7 years seniority on her,

The only thing she really complains about is me blowing my nose on
    a dirty T shirt.

When she hits 40 I am trading her in on two 20 year olds anyway.

    She best watch her step!!

Thanks for all the kind words.

If she doesn't kill you after this, then those two 20 year olds will

    Been there done that!

We met at a party, she was the rudest, most hateful, stuck up, self
center, arrogant, conceded, rudest bi..h I had ever met.

It was hate at first sight.

The people that she had come with had left early and she had no
ride home. I didn't blame them for dumping her, only why did they
    dump her with me??

I told her that when I got the house picked up and the things in the
dish washer I would take her home and if she would help a little
    it would really help.

That was Jan. 9, 1995, she never made it home that night, We
    were married July 28, 2003.

She is a retired model, she is 6'3", 135lbs of pure beauty.
She turned 37 on Halloween. She is my greatest treasure.
I am a twin and she is a triplet. We understand each other.

She still doesn't like me to blow my nose on a dirty T shirt!

She really doesn't like her picture posted on the web, but she
    said this one was "OK".

I have one wife, that enough punishment for a lifetime.

My plan is to eventually get rid of this one. Why on Earth would I go back for more? let alone double trouble.

Stay boyfriend and girlfriend forever! or find a friend with benefits. Knowing what I know now, should of never got married. But on the other hand, I wouldn't have 3 kids now.

Oh well, you win some and you loose some.

Stuck a picture on my previous post..

She has a law degree in small business law, is a member of the
bar and has a teaching degree in special ed math and English.
She is an accomplished pilot and has a talent for art.
She is my sixth wife, don't ask!

She is also a graduate of some French cooking school.

She is the smallest baby to survive at our local hospital, 2lbs7oz.

This is the avatar she uses on her forums. It is her high school
graduation picture, I made the cover for her.

She is a very special girl!

We have a house keeper that comes in twice a week.

All we have to do is laundry and dishes.

Since I, we, have retired, I am doing my own yard work,
she helps a little, but can't take much sun.
