Great looking garage Peter. Don't knock the 'HELBUS' (Is that what the number plate says?).
It just needs a few modifications. Since you're a panel beater, the 'add ons' shouldn't be hard.

The kombi isn't mine, it's the wifes. She has raced it down the 1/4 drag strip, and it is no slouch.

Nice shed, nice contents - sweeeeeeeeeet! (check my avatar, '76 Westie).
What year is the Bug - 'bout the same?
You did very well, at $219/m2. A garden shed would cost more! Pat on the back son.The only way to get rid of a [Domino] temptation is to yield to it. Oscar Wilde

He He, good joke Pawnhead. I like it.
Mate awsome shed. Like many others, I am in shed-envy.
Just asking, as you didn't list it in the expences (plumbing).
Where does the stormwater go ?
The block seems to slope slightly to the rear of the shed, and a shed of that size sure has a large catchment area ??

There are four downpipes. Two at the back running behind the back wall and drop down there, and the other two are at the front on the sides. 70mm zincalum pipes. There is one that runs just to the right of the personal access door that was not fitted at the time of this picture.
The stormwater plumbing was actually a cost that I hadn't added to the final building cost as it came pretty much last, and at mates rates it cost me $400.

Drooolll........... Damn, keyboards aren't waterproof!!
Great shed Peter, you've done a terrific job. If your not careful you'll be building sheds for the rest of us on the forum.
Cheers,
