Last weeks project, Cheval Mirror
Hi All thought i'd post up some pics of my latest work. All up took about 2 days to make without plans just re-using some old hardware.
Timber used was tas oak, finish is a mix of walnut and rosewood stains and pre cat laquer.
First pic is the original mirror we were given, if anyone wants the frame let me know.
Second pic is the dry fit, third pics is the finshed product.

G'day Joez
That's the way to do it, short, sweet, appropriate outcome
and re-use whatever you can. The mirror is a vast improvement
on the original
Good Stuff.
Cheers

Thanks everyone
Tex pre cat lacquer is basically a pre mixed 2 part lacquer designed to be sprayed on.
