Dining Set
Hello,
Here's a dining set I made from American Black Cherry & White Ash
Mortise & Tenon Joinery, and The Festool Domino was use for joining the Ash slats.
The Table top is fixed in position with the use of Wooden buttons, as is the Benches top. The tabletop had a couple of small knot holes, that needed filling with Expoxy.
The bench top is made from a single piece of cherry. Its was too wide for my 8" Jointer, so had to flatten it by hand plane (hadn't done that for a while), it warmed me up on a cold morning
Finish is sanded to #400, then Kreidezeit's hard clear oil was applied.
Cheers!

Thanks Wongo,
Yep, there are more chairs (4 in total), but I didn't put them all in the photo. I tried to, but it looked too cluttered

That is a good looking table.
Is the chairs and bench combination to fit a certain room?
The cherry and ash colours work well together too.Scally
