Timber its crapiarta! Colour is Watyl "stain & varnish" new baltic pine thats been custom tinted by the shop with red, then I added some ebony... while still wet I ragged it off flat then stained once again with American redwood stain(also watyl) and finally finished off with some watyl satin poly(every thing was sprayed on).Quote:

Yes the dowels are fed in from the rear, the holes in rear rail go right through... but there's enough play for the dowels too slide backwards and out of the front rails. The racks are only 410mm wide so 4 bottles is about it.Quote:

Yeah its taken me a while to get them DT's right with the "euro jig" the problems I had before was the actual thickness of the wood has to be exactly the same, my old thicknesser POS wouldnt do the same every pass(were talking +/-.2mm!). There are ways to set the jig with differing thickness but I havent worked that out yet.Quote:
