Default Pics of some of my work

I have only just started to get back into woodwork after a few years doing other stuff so I thought i should post a few of my pics of projects from a few years ago and i hope to start posting some new pics of projects in the near future.

The beast was on the wish list for my lovely wife as she wanted heaps of tiny drawers and she knows exactly whats in each of those drawers, it was made out of re-cycled Jarrah.

The coffee table, the top was 20mm mdf laminated with 20mm thick Jarrah and Tassie oak, that was a learning curve setting up a router guide on the table top. The rest of the table was re-cycled Jarrah which gave my thicknesser a few holes in the blades.

The small dining table came afterwards and I used the same principle for the top but machined the wood veneer to 6mm thick. Its made out of Tassie oak and small amounts of Jarrah.

The last big one was the unit for the entertainment system etc. My wife helped with this one by doing the stained glass windows which really made the unit a bit special. Its made out of mainly jarrah veneer and a fair bit of solid for edging. I had to make it in 3 parts because it is 4.2 metres overall in length.
