    Umm... yes I did. (I guess that doesn't say anything too positive about my personality eh? )

    I have a little dremel-like but smaller tool (velly cheap) that I clamped them in, and spun happily away while shaping with the 400 grit.

    On other walnut-boats I've reckon I've got spars down to one fibre diameter!
