Australia Day in Perth
This photo was just sent to me from a mate, I've attached the blurb that come with it - not sure wether it was photoshopped or not?
Subject: FW: Great shot taken on Australia Day in Perth
Check out this awesome photo - this one deserves an award. Fireworks,
Lightning, Sunset, a Comet, and the greatest of Aussie icons, the Beach
all in one image.
In addition to the obvious features in the photo, look between the two
displays of lighting up the sky to see the third - McNaught's Comet.
The photo was taken just north of Hillary's Marina, which you can see
the harbour wall on the left with fireworks being launched.

And then one day
He faded away
Because he overused White

Yeh, I thought about that. I reckon its been photoshopped. I was trying to figure out where the comet would have been, and I think it may have been further to the South than the West - but not sure about that

If it was faked, it was good enough for NASA.
They chose it as their Astronomy Pic of the day although they do acknowledge it has had some enhancement.

It's a composite of 3 pictures digitally stitched together, but they were taken from the same spot at the same time. So I guess that make it 'real'
It's probably a better impression of the view than any one picture could capture.
Cheers
