    Default Egg raider!

While the grandson(5) and I were in the shed making another plane (pic#1), we could hear grand-daughter(3 next week) in the house "re-arranging" my wood-turnings. When she emerged, I asked "What's that lump in your pocket miss?" (pic#2). "A egg Poppy!" (Pic#3). Gotta luv 'em!

Those pictures have brightened up my morning. Grandkids are adorable I got 5 of them, the youngest just turned 4.
    Reality is no background music.

Poppy? POPPY?? My grandsons know that if they call me "Poppy" instead of the manly "Pop" that they will be in terrible trouble and in danger of a severe tickling/marmalising for the terrible insult to their grandfathers' manliness.

If it walks like a duck, talks like a duck and looks like a duck then it's a friggin duck.

Vern my grand daughter, will be 6 in Nov,each time she visits me, always asks what are WE going to make today.
Last visit she would like a bird. Half an hour later, lathe and scroll saw we had a bird, but poppy, I will have to have a cage to put her (everything has to be female ) in.
What I do for my grand kids, gives me enjoyment.
    cheers Nine Fingers
