    Default not half baked like me...

    daddy day care has some advantages..... i cant play in the w/s but I can in the kitchen.... so heres sourdough loaf 1.

    far from half baked its more over baked (just a tad)

    yummo. waddaya reckon termi?

    I wouldn't have a clue how it's supposed to look:confused: , so if it tastes pretty good, it looks fine to me

    the recipe is quite easy :

    google : Sourdough bread recipes

    1000's of 'em all over the net. the smell of yeast in the kitchen for 4 days while the starter is a bit much though...

    Far better than many first attempts I've seen, do a bit of research on the various forums. The crust needs some work, and it's a little hard to judge the rest due to the absence of a picture of the crumb.
