Default An Old Mule Nothing to do with woodworking

Hank and Fred decided they needed a mule for their business so they answered an add in Craigslist for a $100 mule. The met the farmer and agreed to buy the mule. The farmer agreed to deliver the mule.
A couple of days later the mule dies and the farmer has spent the money.
He tells Hank and Fred and Hank that the mule has died and they talk it over and tell him to delver it anyway.
So the farmer delivers the dead mule and goes about his business,
A week later the farmer runs into Hank and he asks about the mule.
Hank tells him, Oh we set up a raffle and sold 500 tickets at $2 each.
The farmer asks, Didn't the winner get upset when he found out the mule was dead?
OH sure, but we gave him his money back.

Have a grin for Xmas Y'all

There was a man who inherited a big parrot. Every time he went to feed the parrot, it pecked the back of his hand, drawing blood. After a few days of this, the man went to a tool store. He told the clerk that he wanted to buy a file.
The clerk asked him what sort of file and for what purpose.
The man showed the clerk his hand and explained that he wanted to file the point off the parrot's beak.
The clerk told the man that this was sure to kill the parrot.
The man said he didn't much care, his hand was a mess and it hurt.
So the man bought a file and off he went.

A couple of weeks later, the clerk thought he recognized the man that had the parrot.
He reminded the man and asked how the beak-filing job turned out.

"Oh, that. Well, the parrot died."
" I predicted that, you may recall," said the clerk.
The man replied: "No, that wasn't it at all. The parrot was dead when I took his head out of the vise."

    Have a great 2012.
