    If that is tech support, then yes, I agree... has to be one of the worst job tasks going around. I do a little of it myself.

    Support: "Press Any Key to Continue"
    Client: "Where's the Any Key?"

    Don't laugh... I've heard that reply about a dozen times over the last few years!
