    Movies
from someone who's not a big movie watcher, rather read a book!

Delicatessen (the best movie ever made IMHO!!)
    Monty Python's Life of Brian
    Blues Brothers
anything by Hayao Miyazaki (like Laputa, Howl's Moving castle)

specific Songs...that's nigh on an impossible task, but I'll try!
    1. L&N don't stop here anymore Michelle Shocked
    2. Peter Gunn theme as played by Roy Buchanon
    3. Scar Tissue Red Hot Chilli Peppers
and lastly...trying to pick one blues classic by the likes of Robert Johnson, Mississppi John Hurt, John Lee Hooker, Jimmy Rushing, Johnny Shines etc.Lets say...
    4. 32-20 Blues Robert Johnson, or the cover by Johnny Winter

BTW a list of my favourite artist or band would be different, might only include 2 of these!
    Cheers,

Damned hard to narrow things down. I had to leave out The Maltese Falcon, Oh What a Lovely War, Galipoli and if it's the same "If" I left it out also, along with another other brilliant Kubrik film, A Clockwork Orange. I also loved The Lonliness of the Long Distance Runner an This Sporting Life.
