    If the police department is a private register business, which I think it is, then you can actually send them an invoice for your time/effort etc... Better still, issue it to the policeman/woman concerned, as opposed to the business. I think that you will find that the results would be quicker.

    Apparently it appears if you get something stolen then you are to blame, because if you didn't have it, the temptation to knock it off would not have arisen.

    Well, finally the police have made an arrest. One person only out of three!!

    My son wasn't able to pick up his computer as it was evidence. He had to wait for a hearing
    before being given his computer.

    As for the passports and his birth certificates ( to my mind extremely important because of identity theft ),
    they have not been recovered and apparently no questions were asked about them by the police!!!
