Default Applying for an Occupation Certificate

Hi. Another question about our owner-build job of our house.

We are now ready to apply for an Occupation Certificate and move in within a few weeks. I have contacted our private certifier who has given us a list of 16 certificates that we need to present to them for approval. I’m now working through this list.

Two of these certificates appear to be self-declarations. I can do these, but I need some guidance on what is required, or maybe a template or pro-forma - as I don’t want to mess up and slow down the approval process. The two in question are:

    Basix Completion Statement
    Bushfire Statement of Compliance

Is anyone familiar with these and able to provide some guidance. Google is not helping.

    Cheers

    Default Found them

Oops. Looks like I had a ‘mans look’. My wife who apparently has better searching skills has just found templates for all these things on the web.

I’ll resurrect this if more help is needed.

    Cheers
